OrtakListe is entirely free: you can share a room code and keep a shared list with no signup. There's no paid plan, subscription, or locked feature — a memorable custom name, multiple lists in the same room, and adding photos to items are all open to everyone.

Anyone who knows the room code, or opens its link, can join the list — that's the natural consequence of a design with no signup. A PIN is an optional extra layer of protection. You're responsible for who you share the code or link with.

The following are prohibited in a room:

• Sharing illegal content
• Adding someone else's personal data without their consent
• Harassment or adding spam content

If a violation is detected, the room may be removed without prior notice.

The service may occasionally experience downtime or unexpected data loss. Don't rely on OrtakListe as your only backup for critical information; we recommend keeping important details noted elsewhere too.

A list is automatically deleted once a month has passed since it was last used. Opening a room counts as use, too, so a list you check regularly stays up indefinitely. This isn't a bug — it's the product's design: lists nobody returns to clean themselves up.

If these terms change, the current version is always published on this page; the date at the top of the page shows the last update.
