OrtakListe is offered for free: you can share a room code and keep a shared list with no signup. Premium is a one-time payment that makes a room permanent; it also unlocks a memorable custom name, multiple lists in the same room, and adding photos to items.

Anyone who knows the room code, or opens its link, can join the list — that's the natural consequence of a design with no signup. A PIN is an optional extra layer of protection. You're responsible for who you share the code or link with.

The following are prohibited in a room:

• Sharing illegal content
• Adding someone else's personal data without their consent
• Harassment or adding spam content

If a violation is detected, the room may be removed without prior notice.

The service may occasionally experience downtime or unexpected data loss. Don't rely on OrtakListe as your only backup for critical information; we recommend keeping important details noted elsewhere too.

Free rooms are automatically deleted 1 week after they're created. This isn't a bug — it's the product's design. If you want a list to last, you can upgrade it to premium and keep it forever.

The premium payment flow is currently in a test phase; no real charge is taken at this time. Once real sales open, refund and withdrawal terms will be announced separately on this page.

If these terms change, the current version is always published on this page; the date at the top of the page shows the last update.
