Diaper bag checklist — nothing forgotten on the go
Going out with a baby can get hard in a second when one thing is missing from the bag. This list gathers everything for daily outings, and with a room code both parents and the sitter see who has prepared what. No sign-up needed.
In short
A diaper bag for everyday outings holds diapers, baby wipes, a changing mat, diaper rash cream, spare clothes and dirty-diaper bags; depending on feeding, add a bottle, formula and a thermos, or baby food and bibs. A pacifier, blanket, hat and toy round it off. Packing it the evening before and restocking after every outing is the most practical routine.
16 items go straight into your new room; delete what you don't need, add what's missing. No account needed.

Tips
Pack the bag the evening before and restock whatever ran out right after each outing, so mornings aren't spent hunting for gaps.
Keep diapers, wipes and a spare outfit together in one small pouch, so you can change the baby in one move without rummaging.
Pack one more spare outfit than you think you need; babies tend to need two at the worst possible moment.
Agree on a fixed layout, so whoever packs it, parents or sitter, everything is always in the same pocket.
How it works
1. Open your room
Tap the button and the items land in a fresh room. No account, no email, nothing to install.
2. Share the code
Send the room code or the link to the group; everyone's on the same list in seconds.
3. Finish it together
Who's buying what shows up instantly; bought items get ticked, so nobody buys the same thing twice.
Frequently asked questions
How many diapers should a diaper bag hold?
As a rule of thumb, plan on a change every two to three hours of the outing and add two or three spares. Newborns can need changing more often, so pack a few extra for them.
How do you prepare a bottle when you're out?
Carry the formula powder pre-measured in a container and the water in a thermos, and make the bottle when needed following the instructions on the packaging. Don't keep prepared formula for long, and if you're unsure about water temperature or storage, ask your doctor.
How many spare outfits should you pack?
One for short outings and two for a day out is a good measure. To cover spit-up and leaks, make sure there's at least one body and one bottom piece.
Can I change the list?
Of course. The ready-made list is just a starting point: delete, add, move items between categories.
Do I need an account?
No. A room code is all it takes — no email, password or signup.
How long is the list kept?
As long as you use it. A list is only deleted after a month without any activity; even opening the room resets the clock.
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes. With the room open, tap "Save Room" to add it to your home screen and open it with one tap.
