In short

An Aperol Spritz follows the 3-2-1 ratio: 90 ml prosecco, 60 ml Aperol and 30 ml soda water. Fill a large wine glass with ice, add the ingredients in that order, stir once gently and finish with an orange slice. It takes about 5 minutes and needs no shaker.

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass to the top with ice cubes; the more ice, the slower the drink waters down.

  2. Pour in 90 ml (3 parts) of prosecco first.

  3. Add 60 ml (2 parts) of Aperol.

  4. Finish with 30 ml (1 part) of soda water. A 30 ml shot glass works as a measure.

  5. Stir once, gently, from the bottom up with a long spoon so the bubbles stay.

  6. Tuck an orange slice into the glass and serve right away.

Frequently asked questions

What does the 3-2-1 ratio mean in an Aperol Spritz?

It means three parts prosecco, two parts Aperol and one part soda water. With a 30 ml measure that gives you 90-60-30 ml; for a bigger glass, keep the ratio and multiply every ingredient by the same number.

How strong is an Aperol Spritz?

Aperol and prosecco both sit at around 11% ABV, so once ice and soda dilute the mix the glass lands at roughly 8–9%. It's still an alcoholic drink, so stick to the legal drinking age.

Can I make a non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz?

Yes: swap the Aperol for an alcohol-free bitter aperitif and the prosecco for an alcohol-free sparkling drink or cold soda water. Use the same 3-2-1 ratio over ice and finish with an orange slice.

Can I change the list?

Of course. The ready-made list is just a starting point: delete, add, move items between categories.

Do I need an account?

No. A room code is all it takes — no email, password or signup.

How long is the list kept?

As long as you use it. A list is only deleted after a month without any activity; even opening the room resets the clock.

Can I install it on my phone?

Yes. With the room open, tap "Save Room" to add it to your home screen and open it with one tap.
